Position Summary: We are seeking a passionate Electronic Engineer dedicated to the design, implementation, and optimization of technological communication infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. Availability for temporary domestic and international travel A leading company in the Telecommunications sector is looking for an Electronic Engineer with solid expertise in core areas including telecommunications, electronics, transmission systems, and data networks. Passionate about designing, implementing, and optimizing technological communication infrastructure, with a focus on ensuring network efficiency, reliability, and scalability; capable of managing on-site telecommunications projects using a theoretical\-practical approach. **Technical Skills:** * Data network design and optimization. * Networks and connectivity. * Reading electrical schematics and diagrams. * Office productivity tools. * Knowledge of optical fiber. * Knowledge of MPLS transport networks. * Assist in installation, maintenance, repair, and optimization of optical fiber-based telecommunications networks, ensuring continuity, quality, and efficiency in data transmission. * Support diagnostics, measurements, and certification of optical links according to technical standards. * Assist in laying, splicing, and connecting optical fiber via fusion. * Support manufacturing of optical fiber patch cords and Ethernet cables. * Support installation and connectorization of ODFs. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering (preference given to graduates from Universidad Distrital or Universidad Nacional). **Experience:** Minimum 6 months of relevant experience for this position, including project execution experience. Availability for temporary domestic and international travel during project execution. **We Offer:** Direct fixed-term employment contract with the company for one year, salary negotiable. **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:24 PM** Work Location: On-site employment
