Focus on infrastructure, IT support, and system administration We have a new opportunity for you! **Position:** IT Analyst – Motorized At Conexión Todo Ágil 360 CTA, we are looking for a technology-passionate professional with experience in infrastructure and IT support who is eager to take on new challenges and contribute to our team’s growth. **What We Are Looking For In You** * **Education:** Technician or graduate in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in infrastructure, IT support, system administration, or related roles. **Your experience must include:** · Advanced Active Directory administration (user/group management, GPO, DNS, DHCP, policies). · ERP administration and support (database handling, modules, incident resolution, basic integrations). · CCTV and IP video surveillance system management and support (configuration, storage, remote access), perimeter security systems. · Monitoring and maintenance of technological infrastructure (servers, networks, backups). · Fundamentals of cybersecurity: Access policies, updates, antivirus, backups, basic threat detection. · IT infrastructure administration: servers (Windows/Linux), switches, firewalls, VPN, backups; access policies, updates, antivirus, backups, basic threat detection. · Knowledge of Office 365 and Google Workspace tenants. · Technological inventory management and asset control. · Technical documentation and incident reporting. **Conditions:** * **Work Mode:** 100% On-site * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday * **Compensation:** Between $3\.000\.000 and $3\.200\.000, based on experience \+ $350\.000 mobility allowance * Availability to visit company locations Do you meet the profile?
