We require a **Technical-Economic Proposal Structurer** for our team, with a minimum of **5 years of experience** in proposal structuring, budgeting, unit price analysis (UPA), and end-to-end tender processes. Experience in engineering, energy, or technical services sectors is required, preferably electrical or mechanical. **Responsibilities** * Structuring of technical and economic proposals. * Preparation of budgets and UPA. * Tender management. * Cost, UPA, and margin analysis. * Interpretation of drawings and contracts. **Requirements** * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, models). * Knowledge of SECOP II. * Financial modeling skills (cash flow, UPA). * Market analysis and price database utilization. **Conditions** * Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Fixed-term contract. * Work location: Bogotá.
