Excellent appearance and assertive communication At our restaurant located in northern Bogotá, we seek committed, responsible individuals with a genuine passion for customer service who wish to become part of our team. **Requirements** * Minimum **1 year of certified experience** as a waiter/waitress. * Excellent personal appearance and assertive communication. * Punctuality, agility, and service-oriented attitude. * Proficiency in **shining cutlery** and table service protocol. * Basic knowledge of **Excel and Word**. * Experience handling **card terminals and cash collection**. * Teamwork and performance under pressure. **Responsibilities** * Warm and personalized service. * Customer consultation and order taking. * Coordination of orders with the kitchen. * Table service following protocol. * Assistance with dining room setup, organization, and cleaning. * Payment processing and account closing. **We Offer** * **Indefinite-term employment contract** directly with the company. * **Base salary:** $1\.750\.905 \+ transportation allowance \+ statutory benefits \+ overtime and surcharge pay. * **Average tips:** $500\.000 – $900\.000 per month. * Additional payments for surcharges and overtime.
