This role will be responsible for guiding the team through the dynamic challenges of the cloud business model, ensuring continuous evolution and strengthening of the channel ecosystem, driving channel loyalty and development, aligned with global, regional, and local guidelines to ensure the business unit’s success. **What will be your key responsibilities?** * Design and lead commercial strategy within Ingram Micro, ensuring achievement of growth objectives. * Develop and execute regional business plans jointly with the sales team, aimed at brand expansion and positioning. * Monitor and report forecast vs. budget results for the business unit to corporate. * Lead and develop the sales and pre-sales teams, enhancing their capabilities and performance. * Define and implement processes and best practices to optimize team operations and results. * Deliver management reports to the executive team based on KPIs, within established timelines. * Efficiently manage resources allocated by the manufacturer, directing them toward pipeline generation and acceleration. **Requirements and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Graduate degree or MBA in Project Management or related areas. * Minimum five (5) years of experience selling Cloud solutions in the technology sector, within B2B environments. * Minimum two (2) years of experience leading teams, with a focus on results and talent development. * Intermediate–advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher). * Solid knowledge of business financial management, with emphasis on profit tracking, ROI, and goal attainment. **What do we value?** * Results-oriented mindset and execution. * Excellent interpersonal and commercial relationships. * Ability to execute end-to-end: from strategy to operational details.
