Job Summary: We are seeking a traffic and route controller to coordinate scheduling, vehicle tracking, and logistical management with rotating shifts. Key Responsibilities: 1. Route coordination and monitoring 2. Communication management with transportation personnel 3. Logistical handling of operations A reputable company requires a traffic and route controller for its team, with an academic background as a Logistics Technician or in administrative or related fields, and a minimum of one year of experience performing duties such as: adhering to route scheduling according to established procedures; conducting vehicle tracking while maintaining smooth communication with assistants and drivers; authorizing route deviations; handling customer service communications and support; reporting updates; and managing logistics. Rotating shifts from Sunday to Sunday: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, and 10:00 PM–6:00 AM, with compensatory days off. Employment contract for a specific project; salary at minimum wage \+ variable bonus based on operational performance, plus statutory benefits. Work location: Tocancipá.
