The right candidate will be able to transform high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, turning them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs. **Responsibilities** * Execute all stages of visual design, from concept to final delivery, including engineering * Conceptualize original design ideas for websites, web applications, and design systems that bring simplicity and usability to complex elements that may present design challenges * Create page layouts, storyboards, user and process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design concepts * Present and defend key designs and final products to colleagues and executive stakeholders * Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards **Requirements and Skills** * Proven work experience as a web designer / UI designer creating websites, landing pages, or applications * Demonstrable graphic design skills * Solid experience in creating page layouts, storyboards, user and process flows, and site maps * Proficiency in FIGMA or other visual design and wireframing tools * Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction * Ability to creatively and effectively solve problems * Up-to-date with the latest web trends, techniques, and technologies * Degree in Design, Interactive Design, or Visual Design Permanent contract.
