We want to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Role as a Protagonist of Transformation:** * Support the project implementation team with the objective of ensuring project goals and deliverables. * Act as the technical reference for the team, guiding and supporting developers in building robust and scalable solutions. * Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including design standards, code quality, security, and performance. * Contribute to architectural and technical decisions for the project, identifying risks and proposing improvements. * Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices using Java. * Ensure efficient integration with relational and/or non-relational databases. * Work with modern tools and frameworks in the Java ecosystem, such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, among others. * Build and maintain mobile applications using React Native, ensuring a smooth and responsive user experience. * Integrate frontend with backend APIs and services, ensuring efficient and secure data flow. * Guarantee compatibility across different platforms (iOS and Android) and devices. * Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams. * Conduct code reviews to ensure the quality and consistency of code delivered by the team. * Implement unit and integration tests to guarantee the reliability and quality of developed solutions. * Monitor and optimize application performance (frontend and backend) in production. * Proactively identify and resolve bugs or technical issues. * Research and propose new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve processes and products. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We’re Looking for to Join Our \#TopazTeam:** * Solid backend development experience with Java and frameworks such as Spring Boot. * Proven frontend mobile development experience with React Native. * Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB). * Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating systems. * Familiarity with version control tools such as Git. * Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). * Knowledge of CI/CD practices and pipeline tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions). * Familiarity with microservice architecture and application security best practices **Additional Information** Your experience at Topaz is our priority!
