This role will enable you to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contribute strategic ideas, and ensure that digital solutions deliver exceptional user experiences. ### **Role Purpose** Lead and manage functional design and user experience initiatives, ensuring that applications and digital products meet business objectives, user needs, and established quality standards. ### **What You’ll Do in This Role** * Design and develop visual materials aligned with the user experience design strategy. * Collaborate with developers and technical architects to define functional, technical, and usability requirements. * Ensure applications meet user experience, performance, and accessibility goals. * Oversee the user interface (UI) design process and maintain consistency of visual standards. * Conduct quality and usability evaluations to ensure developed solutions reflect the defined user experience vision. * Participate in quality reviews and continuous improvement processes to ensure adherence to standards and best practices. * Support the creation of digital experiences centered on users’ needs and expectations. \#LI\-LATAM ### **Requirements** * Minimum 5 years of experience in UX, UI, functional design, or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in **Functional Design**. * Intermediate proficiency in **User Research**. * Academic background in Design, Visual Communication, Interactive Design, Engineering, Technology, or related disciplines. * Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in digital environments. * **Preferred qualifications include:** * Business Process Design. * Interaction Design. * Usability Testing (Advanced). * Information Architecture. * Prototyping. * Digital product design. * Design Systems. * Tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. * Agile methodologies and user-centered design. ### **We’re Looking For Someone Who:** * Is passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered experiences. * Combines analytical thinking with creativity to solve problems. * Possesses excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Is detail-oriented and quality-focused. * Enjoys working in dynamic, continuously innovative environments. * Can translate business needs into functional and appealing digital solutions. ### **What You’ll Find Here** * Participation in innovative and high-impact digital projects. * Collaborative work with technology, architecture, and business teams. * Opportunities for professional learning and growth. * Exposure to modern methodologies for digital product design and development. * An environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement. \#LI\-LATAM
