Job Summary: We are seeking an apprentice to perform operational and technical activities in the maintenance area, supporting the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, and inventory management. Our business model focuses on the customer and sustainable development—meaning it is economically viable, respects people, and is environmentally friendly and socially responsible. **General Objective of the Role/Position** Perform operational and technical support activities in the assigned area to contribute to the development of your technical or technological training within a real work environment. **Responsibilities of the Role/Position** You will provide support in the maintenance area: * Support the execution of scheduled preventive maintenance according to the established plan. * Assist in addressing corrective maintenance under the supervision of the responsible technician or supervisor. * Conduct basic visual inspections of equipment and promptly report findings, anomalies, or unsafe conditions. * Complete forms, work orders, and maintenance reports in the systems established by the company. * Support failure analysis and collection of technical information for diagnosis. * Support verification of tools, measuring equipment, and spare parts before and after each intervention. * Comply with industrial safety standards and proper use of PPE. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area following the methodology defined by the company. * Support inventory management of spare parts and materials in the area. * Actively participate in technical training sessions and continuous improvement activities of the area. **Education** Technical or Technological degree in Industrial Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. **Technical Knowledge and Certifications** Proficiency in computer systems, basic Excel. **Competencies** **Corporate** * Relationship with Others * Drive for Results **Culture** * Holism **Role-Specific** Functional and Technical Ability Technological Learning Action Orientation We are an equal opportunity employer.
