Requirements: Student pursuing a technical or technological program in Systems, Technical Support, Networks, or related fields. Authorized by your institution to begin the productive phase under an apprenticeship contract. Basic knowledge of technical support, equipment maintenance, networks, and office software tools. Proactive individual with strong willingness to learn and collaborate in a team environment. Main Responsibilities: Provide technical support to users (hardware and software). Perform basic maintenance on computer equipment. Assist with installation and configuration of software applications. Support inventory management of technological equipment.
