Knowledge of office tools and logistics software At TNC SOLUCIONES, we are looking for a Logistics Assistant for billing in BARRANQUILLA \- GALAPA With a focus on logistics, ensuring compliance with operational procedures and legal requirements for transportation ports. Technical or technological degree in port operations or logistics, international trade, with 1 year of experience. Responsibilities: * Prepare staffing reports for customer arrivals and departures. * Record EAD calls regarding pending orders due to inventory shortages. * Manage and report shelf-related issues via telephone and email. * Resolve customer inquiries and/or complaints clearly and promptly. Requirements: * Basic knowledge of logistics * Customer service skills * Proficiency in office tools and logistics software (SAP, SIESA, EXCEL, POWER BI) * Inventory knowledge Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
