SENA Kitchen Apprentice (Barranquilla) We seek Kitchen Apprentices passionate about Italian gastronomy and eager to grow in the culinary world alongside our restaurant. What will you do? Support preparation, plating, and kitchen operation processes while learning recipes, flavors, and techniques that form part of an authentic, detail-oriented gastronomic experience. Academic Qualification: Technical or Technologist degree in Culinary Arts. Requirements: About to begin internship/practical training. No prior apprenticeship contracts. Contract Terms: Type: SENA Apprenticeship Contract. Rotating shifts. Financial support: 100% of the legal minimum monthly wage (SMMLV) ($1,750,905) + legally mandated transportation allowance.
