A leading company in the sector is looking for a Maintenance Scheduler to join its team: We seek a Maintenance Scheduler for an industrial company located at the Soledad plant. The candidate will be responsible for managing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans to ensure the reliability and availability of all plant equipment. Responsibilities: * Planning and recording: Manage maintenance activities in the ERP system (preferably SAP) and track work orders. * Resource management: Evaluate and request procurement of spare parts and specialized services required for operations. * Technical analysis: Collect information to identify preventive actions and propose scheduled maintenance shutdowns. * Management control: Generate and present performance reports on key performance indicators (KPIs). Requirements * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience managing maintenance scheduling in the industrial sector. * Tools: Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. SAP experience is a valued plus. * Residence: Must reside in Barranquilla or Soledad. Location: Soledad, Atlántico (On-site at the plant).
