




A company in the hotel sector requires a Purchasing Analyst. Receive and verify purchase orders for the various supplies requested by different departments. Establish, with the authorization of the General Management, purchasing policies. Request authorization from General Management for the purchase of certain supplies for the company. Carry out the necessary purchases for each department, ensuring that shortages do not interfere with the achievement of corporate objectives. Obtain quotations for various products to guarantee timeliness, quality, and pricing required by the company. Carry out selection, evaluation, and monitoring processes for suppliers identified by the organization as critical, to ensure required quality and efficiency levels. Verify standard specifications, quantities, product quality, price, and negotiation terms upon receipt in the warehouse. Assess the validity of invoices issued to the company. Update applicable management indicators for the process and prepare reports for management. Apply current legislation applicable to suppliers. Maintain control over purchases made through petty cash and verify that they are correct and comply with company policies and requirements. Ensure that processes and standards within the areas under responsibility are carried out correctly, promptly, and effectively. Position type: Full-time
