Nodo and the Innovation Directorate of EAFIT University require, for the development of a national-level training and mentoring project in official educational institutions, professionals with certified experience in teacher and student pedagogical training and mentoring processes—ideally in programming and artificial intelligence, preferably within public contexts. The professional must stimulate interest and develop technological, programming, and artificial intelligence skills—including competencies in using generative tools—thereby strengthening the appropriation, quality, and relevance of education in these fields. Additionally, they will contribute to the holistic training of school administrators, teachers, students, and parents, aligned with the country’s social, economic, environmental, and sustainable development. Main responsibilities: * Conduct weekly in-person mentoring at 1 to 5 assigned educational institutions, carrying out at least one weekly visit lasting 3 to 4 hours. Form and activate an institutional management team comprising administrators, lead teachers, students, and parents. * Clearly present the project, ensuring understanding of its objectives, activities, and requirements. * Carry out diagnostic and characterization processes for the institutions and stakeholders involved, documenting findings and tracking progress using baseline assessment tools, and proposing consolidation pathways tailored to each context. * Assess the infrastructure status of educational institutions to receive equipment/laboratories to be delivered, ensuring their suitability for implementing ongoing projects. * Deliver training processes within institutions on programming, artificial intelligence applications, and technology-use skills, targeting defined audiences and adhering to the project’s pedagogical and technical guidelines. * Facilitate and coordinate the implementation of pedagogical pathways with administrators, teachers, students, and parents, primarily through in-person modalities at educational institutions; however, flexible arrangements may be implemented depending on each institution’s specific characteristics. Some virtual trainings may also be conducted, ensuring execution complies with established guidelines. The professional must further promote the organization of student teams emerging from mentoring activities, supporting them in solving local territorial challenges. * Collaborate with PTAFI 3.0 program tutors and coordinate actions for social appropriation of knowledge—including participation in challenges—and foster interdisciplinary and inter-institutional collaboration to strengthen the sustainability of innovation centers. * Develop schedules, work plans, and technical reports using monitoring and evaluation instruments. Properly manage files, evidence, and deliverables, and participate in in-person and virtual training and feedback sessions. **Requirements:** **Minimum experience** of 2 years in pedagogical training or mentoring, educational projects, and use of digital tools. **Professional background** in education (including teacher training), engineering, social sciences, or humanities. **Residence** in any city in the country, with availability to travel. **Honorariums:** Amount depends on the number of assigned institutions, estimated monthly between $1,500,000 and $5,000,000. **Location of vacancy:** Various municipalities in Caldas.
