It is essential to have availability to conduct commercial routes and travel regularly to different cities. **Responsibilities** Conduct direct sales and provide commercial service to assigned customers. Execute daily commercial routes, visiting existing and potential customers according to the established schedule. Travel between different cities and points of sale, with availability to rotate zones as operational needs require. Ensure proper product display, rotation, and promotion. Communicate the product portfolio, pricing, promotions, and new launches. Take orders, manage their correct invoicing and internal follow-up. Handle customer complaints, requests, and inquiries, and channel them promptly. Support marketing activities such as sampling, tastings, and use of advertising materials. Attend company-scheduled trainings. Support the identification and onboarding of new customers and sales channels. **Requirements** High school diploma, technical or technological degree in administration, sales, or related fields. Minimum one (1) year of experience in field sales or route-based work. **Preferably with experience in natural health products.** Passion for sales, negotiation, and customer service.
