Job Summary: We are seeking a customer-oriented professional to coordinate logistics services, manage orders and international shipments, and ensure supply continuity in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Main point of contact between Ford customers and logistics service providers 2. Coordination of international shipments and operational tracking (Track & Trace) 3. Resolution of operational incidents and negotiation with customers Job ID 62268 Category Manufacturing Location La Argentina, Colombia Work Type Hybrid Here’s what the person in this role will do: * Serve as the **main point of contact** between Ford customers and logistics service providers. * Receive and **end-to-end manage logistics service orders**. * **Coordinate international shipments** and provide operational tracking for cargo (Track \& Trace). * Ensure **supply continuity**, proposing alternative logistics solutions in case of deviations, delays, or contingencies (e.g., switching between maritime, air, or land transport modes). * **Control and audit foreign trade documentation** (e.g., Bill of Lading, shipping documents, etc.). * Resolve operational incidents and support customers throughout the entire shipment process. * Analyze **market price fluctuations**, propose competitive rates, and prevent losses. * Negotiate terms and pricing with customers (Ford suppliers). * Confirm correct cargo delivery to enable **service invoicing**. Requirements: * Graduates in **International Trade, Logistics, or related fields** * +3 years of experience in **logistics Customer Service / Freight Forwarding / International Trade**. * Solid knowledge of **import/export processes and customs documentation**. * Proficiency in **cargo tracking systems**. * **Advanced English**. (Mandatory) * Strong Excel skills. * Experience with Power BI or similar dashboards (Desirable) * (Desirable) Experience with **Cargowise**. ??‍??
