




Position Summary: Develop a portfolio of Hypermarket, Supermarket, and Impulse Channel accounts by implementing merchandising standards and ensuring maximum distribution and availability of Red Bull products. Ensure maximum distribution and availability of Red Bull products. Guarantee perfect execution of defined standards for the model store. RESPONSIBILITIES **Areas that play to your strengths** All the responsibilities we'll trust you with: Expand all * **Territory and Point-of-Sale Management** Cover the defined database. Complete all assigned visits to the respective territory. Effectively cover all agreed points of sale at optimal frequency and in a cost-efficient manner. Manage and develop the assigned area. * **Customer Service and Relationship Building** Build excellent relationships during every visit by delivering top-tier customer service, thereby maximizing all opportunities. * **Stock Management and Product Display** Availability: Influence ordering to ensure Red Bull SKUs are always in stock and on display. Ensure required stock levels are maintained at all times to guarantee continuous consumer availability of Red Bull products across all covered points of sale. Implement Perfect Store standards. Ensure—and, where possible, improve—the agreed in-store presence for the Red Bull brand. POP (POS) material placement: Ensure materials are correctly positioned and up-to-date at all visited points of sale. * **Promotion Management and Compliance** Promotional compliance: Ensure agreed promotions are implemented and operational from day one. Implementation of Central/Head Office agreements: Ensure implementation and execution of such agreements. * **Administrative Tasks** Administration: Timely and accurate completion of all required monthly administrative tasks. EXPERIENCE **Your areas of knowledge and expertise** that matter most for this role: * **Requirements** * Academic professional. * Valid driver's license. * Ability to manage strong relationships. * Strong sales skills: communication, negotiation, and objection handling. * Knowledge of the Off-Premise channel (retail, impulse, non-traditional). * Commercial vision/understanding and basic commercial mathematics knowledge. * Basic MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and preferably familiarity with mobile sales force automation tools.
