Participate in the organization's technological evolution Play Technologies S.A.S is seeking a Hardware Support Leader to comprehensively manage the hardware support area through planning, control, and direct execution of technical activities, ensuring the availability, reliability, and optimal performance of technological assets, as well as the organization's technological evolution through analysis and adoption of new solutions. Main Responsibilities: Plan and execute departmental activities Manage incident and request priorities Diagnose hardware and software failures Repair computers and PDA devices Perform preventive and corrective maintenance Execute firmware and software updates Manage hardware and software inventory Plan and execute maintenance Manage PDA devices Manage technological projects Administer renting models User support Requirements Technologist or professional in Systems Engineering, Electronics, or related fields Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hardware technical support, including diagnosis, maintenance, and management of computing and PDA devices Knowledge of technological inventory management (hardware and software), execution of maintenance schedules, and participation in renewal or upgrade projects Proven ability to analyze and research new technologies, manage renting models, and work autonomously with strong results orientation. -Requirements- Minimum education: University / Technological degree 3 years of experience Keywords: head, manager, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, supervisor, support, support, support
