What will be your mission? Provide efficient, friendly, and effective support to users (suppliers, entrepreneurs, and dropshippers) via the Intercom platform, managing all requests related to the warranty module while ensuring a positive experience aligned with Dropi’s service standards. Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical or technological degree, or university student in administrative, customer service, logistics, industrial engineering, communications, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in digital customer service (chat, email, or CRM). Prior experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or logistics companies is desirable. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong persuasive abilities. Office Tools: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
