Position Summary: Lead the technical, analytical, and regulatory compliance management of the People Management area, monitoring key performance indicators, labor relations, and conducting field visits. Cross-Functional and Field Operations * **Frontline Visits:** Conduct on-site operational monitoring to foster connection with teams during project kick-offs and at work fronts. * **QMS Assurance:** Support internal and client audits related to the Quality Management System (QMS). * **Labor Relations:** Conduct on-site interventions and conflict management within operations. * **Organizational Climate:** Manage and implement organizational and micro-climate assessments. * **Training:** Design and deliver cross-functional training programs for the department. Candidate Profile * **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Preferred: Training in Metrics/HR Analytics * **Required Experience:** * Minimum **2–3 years** of experience in Human Resources departments, preferably performing analytics, reporting, payroll update processing, and operational support functions within medium- or large-sized organizations. * **Specific Technical Knowledge:** * **Intermediate/Advanced Excel** (proficiency in pivot tables, complex formulas, and dashboard/indicator development). * Basic/intermediate knowledge of labor regulations applicable to the Workplace Coexistence Committee and follow-up of relocated staff/medical cases. * Experience in payroll update processing and supporting tender documentation. * **Key Competencies:** * Analytical ability and structured thinking. * Rigor and attention to detail in data and report handling. * Assertive communication and conflict resolution skills. * Organization, self-management, and continuous follow-up.
