Position Summary: We are seeking a passionate Core Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain efficient and scalable software applications and systems. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a Core Full-Stack Developer passionate about technology and creating innovative solutions. The primary objective is to design, develop, test, and maintain efficient and scalable software applications and systems, contributing to the company’s digital transformation and technological goals. Responsibilities: Develop and deliver full-stack features (Laravel/Django REST + React/Vue). Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance, as well as technical debt reduction. Provide rotating L2/L3 support for Core Apps, coordinated with QA and business teams. Participate in technical definition alongside the Cloud Architect and QA (acceptance criteria, DoR/DoD). Execute and document unit and integration tests; support QA in regression testing. Implement observability and logging, ensuring traceability and secure user-facing messages. Ensure security and compliance: secret management, least privilege, hardening, and auditing. Optimize data performance: query design and tuning, indexing, and safe migrations. Document minimal required changes: README/ADR, lightweight diagrams, and deployment notes. Collaborate on code reviews, peer mentoring, and communication with PO/business. Develop Python scripts (Pandas/NumPy) for automation and lightweight ETL as needed. Design and maintain reporting/BI dashboards (Metabase, Dash, Streamlit, or others). Support end-to-end testing (Selenium or other tools), test data definition, and environment setup. Provide basic support for Docker, Nginx, Linux; review jobs/queues (Horizon/Celery) and scheduled tasks. Adhere to engineering standards: PEP8 (Python), PSR-12 (PHP), ESLint/Prettier (JS/TS). Securely capture and log errors, ensuring generic messages for end users. Use Git repositories and established workflows (GitFlow, reviewed PRs, no direct commits to main). Maintain secret and access control per security policies. Comply with engineering standards: a. Conventions: PEP8 (Python), PSR-12 (PHP), ESLint/Prettier (JS/TS). b. APIs: Clean REST; versioning; idempotency for critical operations; thorough validation. c. Errors: Capture and log technical details; display secure, generic messages to users. d. Data: Column and table names without spaces, diacritics, or special characters; auditable migrations. e. Security: Secrets outside source code; least privilege; sanitization/escaping and CSRF/CORS protection. f. DoD (Definition of Done): Code reviewed (PR), tests passing, minimal documentation, feature flag (where applicable), verified deployment. Carry out organizational directives and process leader planning when assigned. Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering with IT specialization, or Administration with technological focus English B1 3–5 years of experience Technical Knowledge: Back-end: Laravel (PHP 8+), Django REST (Python 3.11+), ORM (Eloquent/Django ORM), Jobs/Queues (Horizon/Celery), Redis. Front-end: React or Vue (Router, state management with Context/Zustand/Pinia), Axios/Fetch. Data/Analytics: Pandas, NumPy; advanced SQL; Metabase (dashboards). Optional: Dash/Streamlit.
