We have presence across four continents and our headquarters are in Oslo, Norway. **Main purpose of position** We are currently seeking a **Quality Manager in Girardot**, Colombia to become part of our global team, working together towards our vision: *Improving our future*. As our Quality Manager, you will support project development and workflows across all relevant activities \- Contract type **fixed term up to 3 years.** The main support services will include Quality Assurance and Control management, quality documentation management, maintaining and reporting the site Non-Conformance Register, advising the Construction Manager and Project Manager on quality matters on site, as well as participating in internal project audits. #### **Main responsibilities** * Lead the quality team on site, support corporate quality managers, and ensure achievement of established goals. * Propose continuous improvements in site-specific processes to maintain and optimize quality in alignment with corporate standards. * Promote a quality culture and ensure compliance with the quality management system on site. * Ensure compliance with all contractual, company, and local authority requirements. * Implement and monitor the quality management system on site. * Conduct audits of contractors during the construction phase. * Coordinate with the client's quality representative to resolve any actual or potential quality issues. * Ensure all quality documentation (TTO) is available and compliant. * Prepare biweekly and monthly quality reports. * Review and follow up on **NCRs** from suppliers/subcontractors, leading the development of corrective action plans. * Review and approve quality documents from suppliers/subcontractors, or delegate as appropriate, ensuring they reach the project team. * Facilitate inspections of procured equipment and FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) reviews and inspection reports (applicable to FIM, HV yard and BOP). * Participate in contractor kickoff meetings and in the review/approval of suppliers' and subcontractors' Quality Plans. #### **Qualifications and competencies** * University degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. * Minimum **5 years of experience** in quality management on construction projects. * Extensive experience in process management, inspections, field construction and installations. * Proven experience managing quality on complex projects in medium to high-demand environments. * Experience in developing and implementing project QA/QC plans. * Demonstrated ability to lead technical review and specialized support teams. * Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written). * Valid driver's license. ### **Personal characteristics** It is every employee’s responsibility to contribute to Scatec’s vision: *Improving our future*, and to act in line with our corporate values: * **Predictable:** demonstrates clear communication and listening skills, shares information openly and honestly. * **Results-oriented:** demonstrates determination, proactiveness, prioritization ability, and works independently. * **Change agent:** demonstrates entrepreneurial spirit, ability to question, learn quickly, take initiative and adapt. * **Teamwork:** demonstrates collaboration, shares responsibilities, knows how to commit, and maintains a positive can-do attitude. ### **What we offer** Scatec is an exciting, innovative and ambitious company operating in a growing industry.
