Provide technical support to the operational platform, managing and resolving medium and high complexity incidents and requests within the agreed service level agreements. **Education:** Professional in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronics, Control or related fields. Certifications: CCNA R\&S, CCNA Security. English level: Intermediate. **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in the telecommunications sector with technology integration companies in security operations for Router, Switch, Firewall, ISE/ACS. Customer service oriented, proactive in delivering improvement proposals according to best practices, willing to work under pressure, focused on delivering results. Experience in operation of 802\.1X, NAC, AAA, Firewall, IPS/IDS. **Functions:** * Structure and establish the required operational policies and procedures to maintain the availability, reliability, and continuity of the platform and associated services under their responsibility. * Design and implement technological alternatives that enable optimization and simplification of operations through automation of operational and service management processes. * Actively participate in the governance of security for different implemented solutions, ensuring compliance with standards, performing tests, and ensuring proper mitigation of detected vulnerabilities. * Design network architecture maps to be implemented, operated, and supported, maintaining updated documentation available for required departments and the client. * Define installation, configuration, operation, and monitoring parameters for the platform and its services. * Manage, implement, and operate all components that are part of the implemented platform. * Provide attention and partial or final resolution to medium and high complexity incidents and requests escalated by service groups or areas. * Define checklists and fault isolation procedures to resolve incidents by first-level support and on-site support teams. * Provide training and/or knowledge transfer to various support groups and operational areas regarding the implemented solution. * Support the technical design of the service architecture to be operated. * Participate in implementation with Specialists and manufacturers. * Support the installation and configuration of the solution's infrastructure (Software and Hardware) at central and site levels. * Participate in technological projects of the company or the client. * Perform other duties assigned by Contract Supervision and related to the position.
