Support welding, assembly, machine operations, and other activities in the production process according to the company's quality standards and customer requirements. It is essential to reside in the northern area, or in Girardota, or otherwise have a motorcycle. Minimum experience of 6 months to 1 year in the position is required. Responsibilities: \* Prepare materials by performing tasks such as polishing, beveling, and mechanical or manual cleaning. \* Assist in assembly work when required, following instructions from supervisors or team leaders. This implies traveling outside the company, being present at job sites during different shifts, and supporting these activities until completion or as determined by the assembly supervisor. \* Support machine operators in handling materials during each cutting and/or sheet metal transformation process, following the operator's instructions who operates the machine and directs the work to be performed. \* Load and unload materials from various vehicles entering the company. Fixed-term contract with job stability. Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Job type: Full-time
