Job Summary: We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to build, maintain, and evolve an Internal Developer Platform (IDP) based on Backstage, improving efficiency and standardizing processes. We are looking for a **Full Stack Developer** to build, maintain, and evolve an **Internal Developer Platform (IDP)** based on **Backstage**. You will be responsible for developing plugins, automating self-service processes, and enabling capabilities that allow development teams to work more efficiently—reducing delivery times and standardizing engineering processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and implement solutions for the Engineering Internal Platform based on **Backstage**. * Develop plugins and self-service capabilities for development teams. * Build and maintain **Software Templates, Scaffolders, and TechDocs**. * Design and validate reference architectures through proof-of-concept implementations. * Implement security standards within platform workflows (**Shift\-Left Security**). * Contribute to the IDP’s technical roadmap and its architectural evolution. * Research new tools, integrations, and patterns from the Backstage and AWS ecosystems. * Create prototypes and experimental features to validate new capabilities. * Integrate cloud services and automations to optimize the developer experience. **Technical Requirements** * More than **2 years of experience with TypeScript and React**. * Backend development with **Node.js**. * Backend frameworks: + Express + Fastify * Knowledge of: + Plugin architecture + Software Catalog + Scaffolder + TechDocs * Plugin development and customization. * **AWS** + EKS + Lambda + S3 + IAM + CloudWatch + API Gateway **Required Experience** * **More than 2 years** of Full Stack development experience. * Practical experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js. * Prior experience with Backstage or internal developer platforms is desirable. **We Offer:** * Prepaid medical insurance * NEORIS Days (3 free days) * Annual performance bonus * Vacation bonus * Training and learning platforms * Connectivity subsidy We invite you to learn more about us at http://www.neoris.com, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, or Instagram: @NEORIS.
