




Position Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Analyst to control, reconcile, and track inventories and assets, ensuring execution of operational processes and customer satisfaction. We seek talent with at least twelve (12) months of experience in logistics processes or related positions, and preferably six (6) months of specific experience as a Logistics Analyst, ideally in the telecommunications sector or similar roles. Academic qualification: Technician degree in Industrial Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Production and Quality, Systems, or related fields. A technologist degree in programs related to the position is desirable. Job Mission Ensure control, reconciliation, and tracking of the organization’s inventories and logistics assets, guaranteeing correct execution of operational processes, compliance with established procedures, and satisfaction of internal and external customers. Main Responsibilities Conduct physical inventories in warehouses nationwide. Reconcile discrepancies identified during inventories and equipment legalization. Coordinate equipment distribution among warehouses. Prepare logistics and inventory management reports. Participate in internal and external audits related to logistics assets. Required Knowledge Asset and inventory control. FIFO system. Audits and physical counts. Logistics management indicators. Intermediate or advanced Excel. Proficiency in office tools. Working Conditions Salary: COP 2,100,000 + current statutory benefits + performance-based commission of COP 300,000 + COP 100,000 for PC rental + COP 30,000 for mobile phone rental (the company provides a SIM card with a data plan). Fixed-term contract. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with availability to handle incidents on one Saturday every 15 days.
