Proactivity and multitasking capability Position: Administrative Assistant POSITION OBJECTIVE Provide comprehensive administrative, operational, commercial, and legal support for real estate management, ensuring proper handling of lease agreements, communication with property owners and tenants, document control, billing, accounts receivable, and assistance with administrative and commercial procedures, thereby guaranteeing correct execution of internal processes. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS: Technical, technological, or final-semester student in: Business Administration or Administrative Assistance EXPERIENCE: \* Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or real estate roles \* Experience managing lease agreements, customer service, and document management \* Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, email) \* Organization of physical and digital files \* Preparation of reports and databases \* Excellent oral and written communication skills \* High level of organization and attention to detail \* Analytical ability and handling of confidential information \* Customer service orientation \* Teamwork and adherence to deadlines \* Proactivity and ability to manage multiple tasks \* Commitment to continuous learning and dedication to the company.
