




Metalworking company located in Girardota, Antioquia is seeking a Marketing Specialist or communicator with strategic and creative skills to lead our digital marketing efforts. The candidate will be responsible for designing engaging content, managing our social media channels, and coordinating digital campaigns with external agencies to enhance the visibility and communication of our brand and company. Responsibilities Digital Marketing Strategy: \- Design and execute marketing strategies to strengthen the company's presence on social media and other digital channels. \- Define the communication tone and ensure brand consistency across all platforms. \- Analyze market trends and target audience behavior to optimize strategies. Social Media Management: \- Plan, create, and publish engaging content on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). \- Design images, videos, and other multimedia formats using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva. \- Monitor audience interaction and respond promptly to comments and messages. \- Analyze engagement and reach metrics to optimize post performance. Digital Campaign Management: \- Supervise and coordinate advertising campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms with external agencies. \- Track campaign performance, ensure objectives are met, and optimize advertising investment. \- Generate performance reports with key KPIs and improvement proposals. Website Administration: \- Coordinate website maintenance, updates, and optimization with external vendors. \- Ensure website information is up-to-date and aligned with marketing strategy. \- Suggest improvements in user experience (UX) and SEO optimization to enhance site visibility. Internal Marketing (Inbound Marketing): \- Design and provide promotional materials to various departments to strengthen internal communication. \- Create content strategies to promote brand culture within the company. \- Support the implementation of digital tools that improve internal and external communication. Sales Team Support: \- Design digital tools such as catalogs, brochures, business cards, sales presentations, and other support materials. \- Coordinate the production of printed advertising materials (flyers, banners, posters, etc.) according to commercial needs. \- Maintain constant communication with the sales team to understand their requirements and develop communication strategies aligned with customers and market demands. \- Ensure sales materials are effective, up-to-date, and consistent with brand identity. Requirements \- Experience in graphic design and proficiency with tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva, among others. \- Knowledge of social media management and content planning. \- Experience supervising and optimizing digital campaigns with external agencies. \- Analytical skills to interpret metrics and optimize marketing strategies. \- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising platforms. \- Strong communication and creativity skills to produce impactful content. \- Ability to work in teams and adapt to the commercial department's needs.
