




* Manage the quality and quantity of various raw materials for product preparation. * Establish necessary production conditions regarding instrument settings. * Control proper baking of products requiring oven use. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Comply with good manufacturing practices established by the company. * Meet product technical specifications. * Meet scheduled delivery times for orders. * Properly manage the proofing room by setting required temperature and humidity levels for products. * Verify quantities and raw materials against the production order. * Keep the assigned bakery storage area organized and clean. * Cover and store leftover raw materials at the end of the shift.
