Ensure effective and efficient management of commercial auto insurance claims by supporting data collection. 2\. Serve as the primary point of contact between insured parties and the insurance company in claim management through the channels designated for each insurance company. 3\. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by diligently handling each request with an agile process that reduces claim reporting times, providing effective follow-up and ensuring compliance with claims procedures. 4\. Accurately register commercial auto insurance claims belonging to the agency or partner companies in internal databases. 5\. Verify each coverage affected in the accident, collect all possible information and evidence; it is the responsibility of the Junior Claims Analyst to deliver all data in an orderly and precise manner to the insurance company under the claim concept. 6\. Receive calls from insured parties, adjusters, insurance companies, or any other entity involved in the claims process, using the telephony tool provided by the agency. 7\. Act as intermediary via phone or email between the insurance company and the insured party for processing claims and adjustments related to the claim. 8\. Maintain constant communication with insured parties, adjusters, and/or insurance company to monitor the status of the claim, according to the work plan defined by the direct supervisor. 9\. Assist in digitizing and archiving claim documents in the area's internal databases. 10\. Prepare preliminary reports requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements** Intermediate English **What do we offer?** Salary: $1,900,000 + transportation allowance + social benefits + additional benefits (Fenoble compensation fund, English Academy, Gym, Honda, Restaurant 12/30) **Schedule**: Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. l 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with one hour of reduced working time per week.
