Support internal process automation and improvement. **Job Mission** Ensure the analysis, design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of information systems supporting the technical, operational, and administrative processes of the refrigeration company, guaranteeing information availability, security, and reliability to achieve organizational objectives. **Main Responsibilities**: * Administer, maintain, and support the company's information systems. * Analyze technological requirements from operational and administrative departments. * Ensure operational continuity of platforms, software, and databases. * Manage users, access rights, and system security profiles. * Provide technical support to internal users. * Perform periodic backups and ensure information security. * Document system processes, manuals, and procedures. * Support internal process automation and improvement. * Coordinate with technology vendors when required. * Support SGI audits related to technology and information control. **Job Requirements** * Education: Bachelor's degree or technologist in Systems, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Experience: 2 years in similar positions. * Technical Knowledge: Operating systems, databases, networks, information security, ERP. * Tools: Intermediate/advanced Excel, management software, support tools.
