The candidate will be responsible for overseeing operations comprehensively, ensuring excellence in every dish, designing and updating the menu, recipe costing (Food Cost), inventory control, and supplier management. They must supervise the kitchen team and maintain operational consistency even during special events or high-demand shifts (nights and weekends). Knowledge of food safety regulations is required.
