Job Summary: We are seeking a Technician in Civil Construction or related field with experience in the construction sector, specifically as a Site Assistant for new high-rise buildings and personnel management. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in new high-rise buildings with pile foundations 2. Personnel management and preparation of construction control reports 3. Opportunity to work in the construction sector * **Title:** Technician in Civil Construction, Technician in fields related to civil engineering, architecture, or Technician in Construction Supervision. * **General Experience:** More than 2 years. * **Specific Experience:** Must have 18 months of experience in the construction sector, having served as a Site Assistant for new high-rise buildings with pile foundations and structures of at least 3 floors in height for public use (hospitals, schools, universities, security facilities, CAM, and/or similar), with at least one such project executed for public entities. Experience in preparing construction control reports and personnel management. * **Additional Education:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday. * **Location:** Metropolitan Area of the Aburrá Valley. * **Salary:** To be agreed upon.
