Active participation in accounting and operational processes We invite you to apply for the Operational Assistant position / CITY (MEDELLIN) and join our great Flamingo Stores family. **Job Mission:** Ensure the accuracy of inventory data across branches and distribution centers by monitoring and tracking daily operations affecting merchandise inventory and accounting processes, thereby ensuring data reliability, optimization of adjustments, and availability of company resources. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Inventory management, POS cash handling · Adhere to established working hours for the assigned Amigo store’s commercial operations. · Maintain store order and cleanliness according to company policies. · Conduct cash counts at the beginning and end of store operations per established procedures. Deposit funds into the designated bank or hand them over to the authorized cash-in-transit service to enable financial closing. · Prepare quotations and promote purchases of various goods and services through available payment methods, emphasizing benefits and offers of in-house credit while ensuring customer satisfaction. · Process registration and collection for goods or services purchased by customers at the POS cash register. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- 6 months to 1 year of experience in inventory and specialized merchandise sales processes; preferably with knowledge of payment methods and intermediate office software skills. \- High school diploma with technical knowledge in sales and services, marketing, or related fields. \- Technical degree in Sales, Services, Accounting, or Administrative Assistance. \- Knowledge of POS payment methods, collections, and products. \- Familiarity with warranty and exchange processes. **IMPORTANT:** · Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Work location: On-site employment
