Job Summary: We are seeking a Security Coordinator responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling traceability and security in the transportation sector's logistics operations. Key Highlights: 1. Leads comprehensive security in logistics operations. 2. Implements security policies and procedures. 3. Manages cargo, driver, and vehicle security. **Location:** Sabaneta **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM\. **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term **Salary:** To be agreed upon **Job Description:** A transportation-sector company requires a Security Coordinator responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling traceability and security in operations, ensuring proper functioning and compliance with policies that satisfy the customer across the entire logistics chain. **Required Profile:** **Education:** Technical or Technological degree in administrative, logistics management, or military personnel fields **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in related positions. **Knowledge:** * BASC Standard * Proficiency in Systram software for driver approval and resume verification * Strategic road safety plan * Legal regulations applicable to land transportation * Road safety and risk management **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and control comprehensive security in logistics operations. * Approve and activate driver and vehicle registration. * Manage real-time vehicle tracking and cargo and driver security. * Implement security policies and procedures. * Report and manage non-conformities and risks. * Coordinate road safety trainings and campaigns. * Prepare management reports and provide accountability to management. * Safeguard and administer security documentation. * Actively participate in the occupational safety and health management system.
