Join us to guide multidisciplinary teams and help clients harness AI for transformative outcomes. *We accept* *CVs in English only.* **Responsibilities** * Guide technical strategy and leadership in ML and AI across client projects * Design and implement responsible AI frameworks and measurement aligned with business goals * Facilitate AI adoption and innovation by connecting different organizational units * Engage with clients to identify challenges and illustrate how ML/AI can solve them * Lead and mentor teams of data scientists and engineers as a collaborative partner * Track latest ML/AI technology trends and advise on new methods considering regulations * Serve as the key liaison between business, legal, and technical teams within EPAM and client companies * Define ML project scopes, pricing, and lead handoffs between sales and delivery * Build and maintain strong client partnerships via clear communication and issue management * Drive enterprise\-level AI adoption by collaborating with executive and C\-suite stakeholders * Support sales efforts by evaluating data opportunities, responding to RFPs, and preparing proposals **Requirements** * Extensive leadership experience in Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI of at least 12 years * Proven expertise in designing and deploying ML/AI solutions * Comprehensive knowledge of machine learning including deep learning, statistics, HCI, CNN/RNN, transformer architectures, LLMs (RAG), and privacy/security in ML * Demonstrated ability to lead geographically dispersed, multidisciplinary teams delivering AI products * Skilled in influencing senior stakeholders to secure project funding and sell AI initiatives * Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences * Proficient in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow * Experience with SQL and cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP * Familiarity with regulated industries or technology\-related compliance functions * Excellent problem\-solving capabilities to translate business needs into ML/AI solutions **We offer** * Learning Culture \- We want you to be the best version of yourself, that is why we offer unlimited access to learning platforms, a wide range of internal courses, and all the knowledge you need to grow professionally * Health Coverage \- Health and wellness are important, that is why we have you and up to four family members in a premiere health plan.
