Academic Qualifications: Technical, technological, or university degree in Logistics, Inventory Management, Administration, or related fields. Specific Responsibilities: * Coordinate activities related to receipt, storage, control, and delivery of raw materials and products. * Plan and execute physical and digital inventory control, ensuring availability, rotation, and traceability. * Review the daily order schedule and generate raw material dispatch orders for production. * Verify the condition, presentation, and storage conditions of raw materials and stored products. * Ensure proper implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the warehouse. * Execute and supervise cleaning, disinfection, and organization plans for storage areas. * Conduct periodic and random inventories, reporting anomalies, discrepancies, or shortages. * Monitor labeling, expiration dates, storage conditions, and temperatures. * Manage documentation, forms, and records for the inventory department. * Review supplier invoices and report anomalies to the relevant department. * Coordinate and supervise the work team, ensuring induction, training, and functional compliance. * Propose operational improvements and follow up on corrective actions.
