Asset Support Analyst

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Asset Support Analyst to manage the regional warehouse of technological assets, record equipment deliveries and collections, and efficiently resolve incidents. We are seeking an Asset Support Analyst ready to integrate into our mission, with at least 1 year of proven experience in the requested role. We seek individuals who share our values: Leadership Flexibility Reliability Focus Responsibilities: Support the management of the regional warehouse of technological assets, controlling incoming, outgoing, and basic inventory movements. Manage the registration of equipment deliveries and collections, ensuring documentation in assigned tools. Participate in inventory audits and physical inspections, reporting inconsistencies or orphaned assets. Update system records regarding equipment under repair, assets in transit, and warehouse movements. Record and resolve incidents in the client’s management tool, meeting service-level indicators, documenting root causes and resolutions according to ITIL v3+ or agile methodologies. Requirements: Technical or technological education in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience providing on-site technical support or asset support. Knowledge of: Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and ITIL v3+ or similar methodologies.
