At Loggro, we are looking for an Integrated Management Systems (IMS) Leader — an organized, analytical, and passionate professional committed to ensuring compliance, continuous improvement, and risk management within technology environments. If you enjoy working cross-functionally with diverse departments and managing processes, we want to meet you! What will you do? Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company’s management systems: ISMS, SAGRILAFT, PTEE, DPGS, and knowledge management. Manage documentation, policies, risk matrices, evidence, and controls associated with compliance and security systems. Coordinate risk assessments, track treatment plans, indicators, and corrective actions. Support internal audits, certification processes, and engagement with certification bodies and regulatory authorities. Conduct audits of critical technology suppliers, tracking findings, remediation plans, and security control compliance. Support processes related to personal data protection, Habeas Data, and requirements under Law 1581. Perform operational follow-up on compliance programs such as SAGRILAFT and PTEE, including document monitoring, training, and evidence control. Coordinate training and awareness activities on information security, ethics, and compliance. Maintain the corporate knowledge repository up to date and promote best practices in documentation and knowledge transfer. Work cross-functionally with various departments to strengthen a culture of compliance, security, and continuous improvement. What are we looking for? Resident of Medellín or its metropolitan area. Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Law with a technological focus, or related fields. 3–5 years of experience in integrated management systems, preferably in technology, SaaS, or service companies. Proven experience in at least two of the following systems: ISMS, SAGRILAFT, PTEE, DPGS, or Knowledge Management Systems. Experience conducting security or compliance audits. Certifications: ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification. Course or certification in Habeas Data / Law 1581. Training in SAGRILAFT and/or PTEE. Technical Competencies Solid knowledge of: ISO/IEC 27001:2022, ISO 27002, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, ISO 27701, ISO 19011, ISO 30401, Law 1581, Decree 1377, Basic Legal Circular of Superintendencia de Sociedades (Chapters X and XIII). Knowledge of third-party audit frameworks. Process and procedure documentation. Risk analysis and management (ISO 31000, MAGERIT, NIST RMF). Advanced Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint). Atlassian Confluence and Jira. Power Automate for simple automations (desirable). What do we offer?
