Job Summary: OFIMA SAS is seeking a Graphic or Industrial Design professional with UX/UI certification to create exceptional user experiences and shape cutting-edge software interfaces. OFIMA S.A.S is a B2B-focused software company offering innovative solutions such as ERP, Horizontal Property Management, and AI-powered sales tools. We are looking for a Graphic or Industrial Design professional certified in UX/UI Design for software development. Your primary challenge will be to make an impact by shaping the interfaces of our cutting-edge software solutions; as a designer, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences for our clients. Your key responsibilities: Conduct user research and usability testing. Create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to bring designs to life. Demonstrate strong interest in working closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to integrate designs into functional software. Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across all software products. Desired Skills: Solid understanding of interaction design and responsive design principles. Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular is a plus. Expert-level proficiency in Figma. A portfolio demonstrating strong UX/UI design skills is required. Working Conditions: Work Location: Medellín, Antioquia Work Modality: On-site Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM Contract Type: Indefinite-term Salary: To be agreed upon An innovative and collaborative work environment.
