A reputable textile-sector company located in **Itagüí (Simón Bolívar Sector)** is seeking experienced personnel to join its production team manufacturing home textile lines (hammocks, comforters, and towels). **Purpose of the Position** We seek an operational profile with strong attention to detail, responsible for executing dyeing and fiber finishing processes, ensuring that the final product’s color and quality meet the company’s excellence standards. **What We Are Looking For** * **Experience:** Minimum of **1 to 3 years** performing duties in textile dyeing processes. * **Education:** High school diploma. * **Skills:** Knowledge of mixture preparation, operation of dyeing machinery, and control of process timing. **Offer Conditions** * **Salary:** $1\.750\.905 \+ Statutory benefits (full coverage). * **Contract Type:** Project-based or labor contract (hiring through the staffing agency **Job \& Talent**). * **Location:** Itagüí, Simón Bolívar Sector. **Work Hours and Availability** The position requires availability to work **Monday through Sunday**, with one **compensatory day off per week**, on rotating shifts: * **Morning shift:** 5:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * **Afternoon shift:** 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation and application of dyes and chemical auxiliaries according to technical specifications. * Operation of specialized machinery for dyeing yarns and fabrics. * Monitoring of temperature parameters and pH levels. * Ensuring color uniformity in the production of hammocks, comforters, and towels. * Loading and unloading materials into dyeing vats or machines.
