Formulate reputation management strategies Punto Cardinal Comunicaciones is seeking an INFORMATION ANALYST. **Job Mission:** Evaluate and manage the corporate reputation of clients who purchase this service through measurement, analysis, research, and interpretation of monitoring results, providing them with strategic recommendations to improve their public perception. **Main Responsibilities:** · Evaluate and measure corporate reputation of client companies using specific methodologies. · Effectively analyze data and metrics using data analytics software and statistical tools to process and visualize data. · Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. · Conduct market research through studies and surveys for evaluating and assessing corporate reputation. · Develop detailed analytical reports and present findings to internal and external clients—findings, risks, opportunities, and challenges. · Contribute to formulating reputation management strategies and provide strategic recommendations. · Propose and stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in corporate reputation evaluation. · Present analyses and reports to clients, delivering added value to the business unit. **Requirements:** · Students in final semesters or recent graduates in fields such as: Sociology, Anthropology, Political Science, Economics, or Statistics. · More than 2 years of research experience (including experience in research groups or academic research seedbeds). · Solid knowledge of research through survey implementation. · Advanced data analytical skills and ability to work with data analytics tools. · Advanced proficiency in Power BI. **Key Competencies:** · Oral and written communication · Collaborative teamwork · Results orientation · Ability to translate data into concrete actions. **We Offer:** · Indefinite-term full-time employment contract. · Salary: $2\.500\.000 monthly · Work modality: Hybrid · City: Medellín Application Question(s): * Are you a student or graduate in fields such as Sociology, Anthropology, Political Science, Economics, or Statistics? * Do you have more than 2 years of research experience? * Do you possess advanced data analytics skills? * In which data analytics tools do you consider yourself an expert?
