This is an opportunity to transform the traditional functional label by enabling it with digital technologies that can give each item a unique digital identity and a digital life. **www.averydennison.com****.** **Job Description** JOB MISSION: Ensure effective operation of the assigned Snap 500 machine, meeting defined standards for quality, waste, compliance, efficiency, and productivity; execute assigned production orders; and deliver excellent customer service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Maintain up-to-date inventory. * Fulfill assigned production orders, ensuring adherence to agreed delivery dates. * Guarantee printed product quality in accordance with quality standards. * Notify supervisor when the machine requires corrective maintenance. * Keep the workstation and common plant areas clean and organized daily, per assigned shifts. * Be available to perform various production activities (e.g., inventory, billing reports, product delivery). * Comply with Industrial Safety, Occupational Health, and Internal Work Regulations within the area of responsibility. * Know, understand, and comply with the Quality Management System Manual, as well as related standards, procedures, and work instructions directly applicable to assigned tasks. * Implement corrective, preventive, and improvement actions arising from nonconformities related to assigned activities. * Comply with the Quality Management System and actively participate in initiatives aimed at continuous improvement. * Perform any other duties assigned, consistent with the position’s level, nature, and area of responsibility. * Report any safety incident, violation, unsafe condition, or unsafe act to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements** Education: High school diploma / Technical degree in systems, logistics, or related fields. Skills: * Knowledge of systems * Basic Excel knowledge (formulas) * Ability to manage Excel databases * Communication skills * Experience operating thermal transfer machines * Proficiency with printing software (e.g., PC Mate/Label View/Nice Label) * Attention to detail **Additional Information** Knowledge in printing areas involving water-based, oil-based, solvent-based inks, and resins. Familiarity with ink preparation, anilox roll handling, liquid flammable inks, material handling, machine setup, and standardized work practices.
