Job Description At PAISABOR, a company dedicated to manufacturing ready-to-fry empanadas and pastries, we are seeking responsible, committed, and positive Production Workers to join our team. The position is responsible for supporting product manufacturing, packaging, and quality control processes, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), cleanliness, order, and efficiency on the production line. Responsibilities Operate machinery and production equipment according to established procedures. Assist in preparing mixtures, assembly, frying, and packaging of products. Verify quality standards and report any anomalies to the line supervisor. Maintain organization and cleanliness in the work area. Comply with industrial safety and food safety regulations. Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets. Requirements Education: Completed high school diploma. Experience: Minimum of 6 months in food processing plants or similar roles preferred. Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends as required.
