Your work will be essential to ensuring service continuity and quality, as well as maintaining the highest security standards across all assigned service points. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Strategic Patrols and Inspections:** Proactively and systematically conduct periodic patrols and inspections at various service posts under your responsibility. This includes evaluating security infrastructure, identifying potential risks, and implementing immediate corrective measures. * **Security Protocol Verification:** Ensure strict compliance with security protocols and procedures established by the company and each client. This involves continuous supervision of personnel under your charge and guaranteeing that all operations are conducted in accordance with current regulations. * **Incident and Contingency Response:** Be prepared and available to cover incidents, perform replacements, and respond to contingencies at various service posts as required. Your agility and responsiveness will be essential to minimizing any service interruption. * **Comprehensive Operational Support:** Provide solid and reliable operational support, actively contributing to service continuity and the ongoing improvement of service quality delivered to our clients. * **Supervision and Leadership:** Exercise effective supervision and inspiring leadership over personnel under your charge, fostering a positive, professional, and results-oriented work environment. **Working Conditions:** * **Schedule:** Work will follow a 12-hour shift system, aligned with the established schedule to ensure continuous service coverage. REQUIREMENTS * **Academic Qualification:** Must be a high school graduate. * **Certified Experience:** Minimum of one (1) year of certified and demonstrable experience as a Security Supervisor. This experience must reflect in-depth knowledge of the sector and proven management skills. * **Military Status:** Must have defined military status, either with a first- or second-class military ID booklet. * **Valid Supervisor Course:** Must hold a valid and up-to-date Security Supervisor course certification. * **Personal Motorcycle:** Must own a motorcycle meeting the following specifications: * Engine displacement: 150 cc or higher. * Model year: 2023 or newer. * Documentation: All motorcycle documentation must be current and in order. * Driver's License: Valid driver's license compatible with the vehicle type.
