Being part of this team means being the first line of action in the transformation and support of our IT solutions (hardware, software, and networks), supporting critical processes to optimize the operations of our global collaborators and clients. You will have exposure to modern support methodologies, infrastructure deployment, and network upgrades, while strengthening your experience in collaborative environments, guided by experts and driven by continuous learning How a day to day would look like in this role:* Install, configure, and manage corporate hardware, enterprise software, and basic network infrastructure. * Provide timely technical support and resolve routine or standard issues following existing procedures. * Participate in maintenance, upgrade tasks, and the enforcement of security policies across the organization's systems and networks. * Implement short\- and long\-term IT solutions that efficiently respond to day\-to\-day technological needs. * Receive guidance, instruction, and direction from senior engineers to assist with network deployments and complex configurations, ensuring industry best practices. What we need to see from you: Technical Degree, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Systems Technology, or related fields, with an interest in technological infrastructure, networking, IT support, and enterprise hardware/software management. Initial experience or knowledge in equipment configuration, user support, and IT infrastructure maintenance is valued. Required Skills:* Basic knowledge or initial experience in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of corporate computer hardware and peripherals. * Familiarity with the administration and deployment of enterprise operating systems (Windows/Linux/macOS) and corporate software. * Basic knowledge of network infrastructure (structured cabling, IP addressing, switches, routers, or basic networking environments). * Interest or initial experience in applying IT security policies, system updates, and access management. * Basic knowledge of Help Desk / Service Desk tools or ticketing methodologies based on standard procedures is desirable.
