Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Safety and Health Assistant to support the implementation and monitoring of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System in civil construction projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for implementing and monitoring the Occupational Safety and Health Management System on construction sites. 2. Updating the project hazard matrix and managing risks. 3. Conducting inductions and promoting occupational safety and health policies. A civil construction sector company requires an **Occupational Safety and Health Assistant** for its team, who will be responsible for supporting the implementation and monitoring of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System in construction projects. **Requirements:** * Graduate Technician in Occupational Safety and Health. * Valid Occupational Safety and Health license. * Minimum 2 years of experience in civil construction projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Update the project hazard matrix annually or prior to project completion. * Communicate the functions and responsibilities of the Management System to direct workers and contractors upon their entry. * Report newly identified site risks to the Occupational Safety and Health Supervisor for updating the risk matrix and training plan. * Conduct inductions and re-inductions for personnel (own staff and contractors). * Carry out monthly dissemination of policies, management system objectives, the Labor Coexistence Committee, and the Joint Occupational Safety and Health Committee (COPASST). * Complete sociodemographic information and support the assessment of personnel’s health conditions. * Implement and record preventive medicine activities in the workplace. **Working Conditions:** * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. * Contract type: Indefinite-term contract. * Salary: $2\.200\.000 \+ statutory benefits.
