Your mission will be: Prepare supplier payment and advance reports within the Accounts Payable unit Serve as the primary contact with suppliers. Issue settlement checks, liquidation documents, etc. Record payments and checks in the banking system. Manage, control, and reconcile petty cash. Perform bank reconciliations. Monitor supplier accounts payable statements. Reconcile accounts with suppliers. Submit payment documentation to maintain updated information with suppliers. Manage customer payments. Accounts receivable management and collection. Issue cash receipts, verifying deposits made. Reconcile customer accounts receivable. Maintain records of accounts receivable management (calls, payment plans, agreements, reconciliations, etc.).
